Bure increases holding in Nobel Biocare

Bure increases holding in Nobel Biocare Investment AB has carried out the agreement to acquire 1,276,131 of the new shares which were issued by Nobel Biocare on its acquisition of the American dental implant company, Steri-Oss. In addition, Bure has acquired an additional 290,100 shares in the market, a total of 1,566,231 shares in Nobel Biocare AB. Thereafter, Bure owns a total of 3,924,331 shares which together represent 15.9 percent of the company's votes and capital. Following the acquisition of Steri-Oss, Nobel Biocare is now the world leader in dental implants.
