Bure strengthens its ownership in one of Sweden's fastest growing companies Bure increases its ownership in Cygate AB from 62% to 69% Bure strengthens its ownership in one of Sweden's fastest growing companies, Cygate, which is the leading supplier of infrastructure solutions for the new Internet economy. Bure increases its ownership from 62 to 69 per cent by acquiring additional shares from Amieira Holding BV. At the same time, Bure has divested its entire holding in the data distributor, Axnet AB. Cygate in placed tenth in this year's issue of the Growth List published by SVD and Ahrens & Partners. The Group has reported an average growth rate of 49 per cent over the past five years. Bure's ownership should be seen in the light of Cygate's continued expansion plans. This year, Cygate acquired the leading network integrator in Lithuania, Taide. Cygate is now established in six countries around the Baltic. "- It is very pleasing that Cygate has been able to advance so rapidly on the Growth List.
