Bure IT in focus - Framfab makes offer for Guide At the present time, Investment AB Bure holds a total of 2,457,960 shares in Guide which is equivalent to 46.3 per cent of votes and 34.5 per cent of capital. Today's offer from Framfab to the shareholders of Guide means a bid price of SEK 225 for the Guide share. Bure's shares in Guide are thus valued at SEK 553M, which is equivalent to a surplus value of approximately SEK 452M. Bure's book value for the Guide shares amounts to SEK 101M. "Guide is now one of the leading, independent IT consulting companies in Sweden with high technical expertise. It is therefore positive that Framfab has also identified Guide's strength and unique position. Bure has a positive view on the industrial effects of the sale. Against the background of, among other things, the volatility that has recently characterised Internet shares, a final position will not be taken until the end of the application period," says Roger Holtback, President and CEO of Investment AB Bure. Framfab's decision to make a public offer to the shareholders of Guide Konsult AB means that three shares in Framfab will be offered for every 10 shares in Guide.
