Bure IT increases its holding in Dimension

Bure IT increases its holding in Dimension Bure IT has exercised its option and acquired an additional 15 per cent of the shares in Dimension. Following the acquisition, Bure's holding amounts to 69 per cent. Dimension, which is one of Sweden's leading companies in business- critical systems, has been included in Bure since January 1998. Dimension is a consulting company in business-critical systems which involves creating accessibility between data irrespective of platform, standard, hardware or software. Dimension is a specialist company within both Unix and Windows NT. In addition, Dimension has created a new segment during the year, NetRelations, which is involved with building customer relations via the Internet based on the Broad Vision One-to-One system. The company has 80 employees and is found in five locations with its head office in Stockholm and branch offices in Gothenburg, Lund, Linköping and Sundsvall. Through the increase in Bure's holding, the position is strengthened in the value added resellers segment, i.e. retailers with advanced consulting services linked to their products. Apart from Dimension, Bure IT also includes Salcom, Santa Monica Systems, AxNet, Guide Konsult, Udac, CR&T and Erda.
