Bure sells its holding in Troponor AB

Bure sells its holding in Troponor AB Investment AB Bure divests its entire holding in Troponor AB to Carl Bennet AB. "As a large shareholder in Troponor, Bure has contributed to transforming the company from a regional investment company into the leading supplier and manufacturer of sawmill equipment. Now that Carl Bennet enters the company as its sole owner, excellent criteria are created for a continued favourable industrial development for Troponor," says Per-Henrik Berthelius, Head of Bure Investments. The purchase price is received in the form of shares in the listed company, Elanders AB. The deal will have a marginally positive effect on the profit of the Bure Group.
