Flagged Announcement Bure has today entered into an agreement to divest 463,400 A shares in Svolder AB to Ernströmgruppen AB in Gothenburg. Bure's remaining holding of shares in Svolder thereafter amounts to 38,000 A shares which is equivalent to 0.6 per cent of capital and 2.2 per cent of votes in the company.
