Hans Ljungkvist new Senior Investment Manager in Bure Hans Ljungkvist, Chief Financial Officer of Bure, has been appointed Senior Investment Manager with responsibility for building up Bure's involvement in funds and venture capital companies. Bure's strategic orientation towards companies in IT, infomedia and the new economy means significantly increased investment in unlisted companies. Investments in companies in early phases of development will essentially be made via funds and venture capital companies, both existing companies such as InnovationsKapital and through build-up of new funds which invest in new economy companies. Bure has long and in-depth experience of fund investments and its activities have been highly successful. "Bure's vision is to be an attrative partner for venture capital companies which focus on companies in early phases of development. We are able to contribute expertise by contributing to work on boards of directors, access to investment knowledge, analyses and opportunities for structural transactions and access to Bure's networks. During his term as Chief Financial Officer, Hans Ljungkvist has participated in the build-up of InnovationsKapital's two funds and is currently Chairman of InnovationsKapital. InnovationsKapital, which was established by Bure and the Chalmers Institute of Technology in 1994, recently carried out its first exit when the holding in Altitun was sold to the American company, ADC Telecommunications.
