Record day for distribution of Capio fixed for 11 of October

Record day for distribution of Capio fixed for 11 October. Listing of Capio from 16 October. Bure's Board of Director have today fixed the record day for distribution of shares in Capio for 11 October 2000. This means that the last date for trading the Bure share including right to distribution of Capio will be 6 October 2000. On 9 October, the Bure share will thus be traded excluding right to distribution of Capio. The Capio share will be quoted on the O list of the OM Stockholm Exchange from 16 October 2000. A listing memorandum will be sent to the shareholders in Bure around 3 October 2000. One share in Capio will be received for every two shares in Bure. The Capio shares will be distributed to Bure's more than 22,000 shareholders and will therefore be widely distributed right from the start.
