Warrant programme to employees in Bure

Warrant programme to employees in Bure 6:e AP-fonden has issued 547,000 warrants to 38 employees in Bure. "The aim of the programme is to promote the employees' participation and involvement in Bure which is now carrying out a concentration and streamlining to IT, InfoMedia and "the new economy". This mustering of strength will expose Bure's large values more clearly," says Peter Sandberg, President of 6:e AP-Fonden. The warrants have a tenor of 2.4 years and each warrant carries the right to purchase one Bure share. The persons involved have acquired between 1,000 and 75,000 warrants each. SEK 5.30 will be paid for each warrant. The closing date for the warrants is 30 May 2002 and the warrants give the right to acquire Bure shares at a price of SEK 63.80. The warrant premium has been established in accordance with a market valuation carried out by Handelsbanken Markets.
