BCSG partners with Sage to offer MyBusinessWorks customers the award-winning bookkeeping application Sage One Accounts
Sage One Accounts joins the portfolio of market leading bookkeeping applications available within BCSG’s small business management package ‘MyBusinessWorks’.
BCSG (Business Centric Services Group) is partnering with leading UK business software and services provider Sage to offer Sage One Accounts, the company’s flagship online bookkeeping software that simplifies the way business owners can manage their finances and collaborate with their accountants, as part of MyBusinessWorks.
Exclusively available to Barclays business customers, MyBusinessWorks is a suite of five cloud-based applications in one easy to use package, designed to help businesses overcome their day-to-day management challenges. The package includes bookkeeping, business planning, legal management, data backup, skills training and website creation applications. In November 2011, MyBusinessWorks won the ‘Innovation in Product Design – Financial Services’ award at the Financial World Innovation Awards.
Sage One Accounts is a simple online bookkeeping solution, which doesn’t require any previous accounting experience to use. Small business owners can easily see at-a-glance how their business is performing financially, create personalised invoices, track cash flow and produce reports to share with their accountants. Sage One user Jessica McLean, who runs Garbeau, a bespoke shirt maker, said: “I was using Excel to start with for managing my finances for the business but as the business has grown it just wasn’t working. Sage One is really efficient, really easy to use; especially for people like me who aren’t good with numbers and finances”.
Designed with people in mind, Sage understands that customers don’t always work 9am-5pm. The introduction of Sage One Accounts is part of a wider upgrade to MyBusinessWorks. Other new features introduced on May 14th include an enhanced dashboard design to make it easier for users to navigate between applications, the introduction of a ‘MyApps’ page where users can add new applications and sign up to training courses, and the arrival of ‘Mozy App’ enabling MozyPro users to access their business data on the go via their mobile phone.
