BCSG has successfully completed a competitive selection process to secure the opportunity to launch its new credit risk management tool for small businesses at FinovateEurope 2012; a prestigious event showcasing Europe’s most exciting emerging technologies.
FinovateEurope will provide BCSG with a high profile platform to introduce its revolutionary new product to a wide audience and network with other innovators across the financial industry. Now in its second year, this event features fast-paced demos attended by hundreds of leading financial executives, venture capitalists, press, industry analysts and fintech entrepreneurs.
BCSG presenters will have seven minutes in the spotlight to demo their unique end-to-end credit risk management tool, aimed at enabling small businesses to manage their customers and suppliers in a way that has historically only been available to large corporate companies. By reducing cost and complexity, and introducing a simple user interface, the tool makes credit risk data accessible and easy to analyse for the first time by the smallest of businesses. This innovation has been born out of research that showed over half of small businesses never run credit checks on new customers, and just under half do not monitor their existing customers and suppliers.
