The Matrix Standard is the benchmark accreditation for any organisation which offers ongoing Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). The standard measures and assesses the advice and support services offered by organisations, specifically in terms of career development for young learners.
In the latest review of Matrix, Business Impact were commended for internal communication and leadership, which play a crucial part in building the correct internal environment for an excellent IAG service. Business Impact were also acknowledged as having real strength in equality and diversity and all their work is underpinned by forming partnerships with their partner employers to deliver a very personalised high quality service.
The Matrix Standard is an in depth accreditation process which looks at every aspect of the operation, and not just the specifics of the service, and following a strategic restructure in 2011, the company was recognised for the many improvements which had occurred not least in the overall management of the business. The clear importance of providing impartial, learner focused, confidential advice and support, which is freely accessible is key to a successful accreditation, and Business Impact has maintained the highest standard possible in all these areas.
