Block Watne to build homes for NCC
Block Watne AS has entered into an agreement with NCC Bolig AS for the delivery of 21 semi-detached houses for the residential project "Kruttverket" in Nittedal, situated north of Oslo. Block Watne constructs the houses as NCC performs all technical infrastructure, groundwork and concrete work.
"Kruttverket" will be developed by NCC with a total of 600 dwellings. Approximately 250 of these will be detached and semi-detached houses. The first semi-detached house project to be constructed, has been named "Blåbærstien". Block Watne starts the production of the 21 semi-detached houses for "Blåbærstien" in the first half of 2011. The contract is worth about NOK 35 million.
