Extraordinary General Meeting of BWG Homes ASA was held on Wednesday 7 March 2012 at 10:00 in the company's premises, Oslo. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the Board of Directors. However, the General Meeting resolved to permit over-subscription, see the enclosed minutes.
