BWG Homes ASA: Registered share capital increase

Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 11 April 2012 regarding implementation of repair issue in BWG Homes ASA comprising the issuance of 3,062,825 shares. The repair issue has now been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.

The company's new registered share capital is NOK 136,121,433 divided into 136,121,433 shares.
