The Annual General Meeting of BWG Homes ASA was held on 27 May 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Vika Atrium Conference Centre, Oslo. All proposals on the agenda were adopted according to the proposals from the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee. Minutes of the General Meeting is enclosed.
