The land has a long-term development horizon, and detailed plans for parts of the area are expected within five years. The land will be used for single-family homes, row housing and apartments.

"The purchase of this land is in line with our objective to develop residential projects on our own and provide attractive housing for our customers. We see a great potential over a long time through this purchase. We have for many years been active in Helsingborg, and experience the municipality as a positive driving force for developing new residential areas to create good growth in the region," comments CEO Mikael Olsson in Myresjöhus AB.
