New orders for BWG Homes March 2008

(Oslo 1 April 2008) BWG Homes ASA secured a total net order intake of NOK 170.8 million during March, compared with NOK 310.7 million for March 2007, a decrease of 45.0 percent. The net order intake in March for segment Norway was NOK 89.8 million (162.4 million), down 44.7 percent. The net order intake in March for segment Sweden was NOK 81.0 million corresponding to SEK 95.6 million (NOK 148.3 million, corresponding to SEK 169.6 million), down 45.4 percent.

The total net order intake per 1 quarter 2008:
BWG Homes ASA totals NOK 736.1 million, down 20.9 per cent. Segment Norway totals NOK 366.9 million, down 13.4 per cent. Segment Sweden totals NOK 369.2, corresponding to SEK 436.2 million, down 27.1 per cent.
