Byggmax and Skånska Byggvaror open stores in Helsingborg
During spring 2020, Byggmax opens another store in Helsingborg, Rydebäck, and will offer a wide range of building and garden products for all home improvement projects. During the same period, Skånska Byggvaror is moving its store from Väla to the same address.
Both stores will open at Landskronavägen 775 in Rydebäck, Helsingborg. Byggmax's retail space will measure approximately 1,100 square meters with a total plot of 10,500 square meters. Byggmax plans to employ 6-8 people and will start recruiting at the turn of the year. Skånska Byggvaror's retail space is about 400 sqm.
New store with wider range
Marcus Essesjö, Country Manager at Byggmax, looks forward to the opening this spring:
– We are looking forward to opening another store in Skåne. We strengthen our presence in the area and by adding our garden range, we can offer our customers an even greater choice for their dream projects. In addition, getting Skånska Byggvaror as a neighbor, is something very positive, says Marcus Essesjö.
Oscar Tjärnberg, CEO at Skånska Byggvaror, also looks forward to the opening in Rydebäck:
– We will move our current store in Väla to Rydebäck, where we will open a new modern showroom next to Byggmax. We will now lie side by side with offerings that complement each other, and many customers will obviously benefit greatly from this, says Oscar Tjärnberg.
