– We are looking for more talents, who will have an opportunity to grow with us. The Byggmax spirit includes working closely with new colleagues, coaching them and quickly letting young people take on a great degree of responsibility, which is very appreciated, says CEO Magnus Agervald.

Every year, Byggmax employs young co-workers who get an opportunity to build a career within the company. Johan Månsson started out as a seasonal worker in 2005 and is today store manager in Täby, north of Stockholm.

- I am only 26 years old and already managing one of Byggmax largest stores. My manager and I work closely together, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and be able to perform on a high level. Seasonal contracts are a great way to get a foothold and a possibility to get a permanent job, says Johan Månsson, store manager for Byggmax in Täby.
