Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire warrants

Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquired 920,000 warrants under the recently decided 2019/2024 incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 9, 2019 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary, Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder, during the period June 10, 2024 through December 9, 2024, to subscribe for one (1) new share in Byggmax Group AB (publ) at a subscription price of SEK 47.40. The resolution means that twelve (12) key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 1,280,000 warrants.

Assignment of 920,000 warrants to participants in the incentive program has now been completed.
