Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire warrants

Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire 500,000 warrants under the recently decided 2022/2027 incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2022 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary, Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder, during the period June 14, 2027 through December 13, 2027, to subscribe for one (1) new share in Byggmax Group AB at a subscription price of SEK 82. The resolution means that twelve key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 640,000 warrants.

Assignment of 500,000 warrants to participants in the incentive program has now been completed.
