Magnus Agervald final candidate for CEO of the Year

Magnus Agervald is one of the final candidates for the yearly CEO of the year award in the category mid-sized companies. A jury with Ulf Spendrup and Kattis Ahlström, among others, has selected six final candidates per category. The criteria’s are their ability to build and lead organizations forward, achieve great results and make people grow. The award ceremony will take place in Stockholm on October 31.

- It is rewarding to get acknowledged, but to me Byggmax is nominated, not just myself. We always work team-oriented, helping each other to reach our goals. We call it the Byggmax spirit, supporting and developing each other. I think that is the main reason for my nomination, Magnus Agervald says, CEO Byggmax.

CEO of the year is an initiative to highlight good examples and role models who develop their organizations as well as Swedish enterprises and businesses. Criteria’s of the award are as follows:

• Ability to build an organization and achieve great results.
• Ability to lead people and make them grow
• Work with initiatives within CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

The award was founded by leadership website Motivation.se and Executive People, an education and training company. The award was initiated in 2012.
