On October 20, Byggmax Group AB (publ) published a press release pertaining to the Nomination Committee prior to the 2012 Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee is now complete and comprises:

•     Fredrik Strömholm from Altor 2003 Sarl

•     Mats Gustafsson from Lannebo Fonder

•     Sven Zetterqvist from Livförsäkringsab Skandia (publ)

The 2012 Annual General Meeting of Byggmax will be held on April 20 in Stockholm.

Shareholders who would like to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do so by e-mail to: info@byggmax.se.
