The Administrative Court removes Swedish Customs' decision regarding 12 million SEK

The Administrative Court removes Swedish Customs' decision March 26, 2012 with respect to the imposition of duty, anti-dumping duty. The Administrative Court also invalidates Customs' decision April 12, 2012 to impose tariff surcharges. The total value affected is 12 158 524 SEK. The Administrative Court's position will not have any effect on results for BYGGmax, but will reduce the claim that Byggmax has on the supplier. Change in composition of the Nomination Committee

On October 20, 2014, Byggmax Group AB (publ) issued a press release regarding the composition of the Nomination Committee ahead of the 2015 Annual General Meeting. Since Lannebo Fonder has reduced its holding in Byggmax, accordingly, it has relinquished its position on the Nomination Committee. As of November 30, 2014, SEB Investment Management is the third largest shareholder and has appointed Per Trygg as its member on the Nomination Committee. The Annual General Meeting of Byggmax Group AB took place on Thursday, May 8, 2014 in Stockholm, Sweden. On all the motions proposed, the meeting resolved in line with the Board’s and Nomination Committee’s proposals. The main contents of key resolutions passed at the meeting are detailed below.Resolution on dividend The Annual General Meeting (AGM) resolved to pay a dividend of SEK 2.30 per share for the 2013 fiscal year. Byggmax signs new three-year funding agreement with 30% lower interest expenses on a full-year basis

Byggmax has signed a new funding agreement with a tenor of three years, which means that the agreement extends until March 2017. Accordingly, this means that Byggmax has chosen to extend its cooperation with Handelsbanken, with whom the company has a long-standing relationship. The funding agreement comprises a SEK 400 M overdraft facility and a revolving credit facility of SEK 270 M, with no amortization obligation.
