C-RAD AB: DEGRO meeting 2012

A successful C-RAD representation at the DEGRO meeting in Wiesbaden / Germany

C-RAD AB with its five fully owned subsidiaries are all active in the field of radiation therapy. The company attended the meeting from the German Association of Radiation Oncology (DEGRO) in Wiesbaden, Germany, 7-10 June 2012.

The DEGRO is the annual meeting on the largest European Radiotherapy Market in Germany. The conference is attended by Physicians, Physicist and technical personal from Radiotherapy departments mainly from the German speaking countries.

In the booth C-Rad presented the Catalyst System. Many customers were attracted by the announcement that Elekta is choosing C-RAD as the preferred solution for their respiratory gating offer.

Sales projects have been discussed. Further orders can be expected for the next quarter.

Gating is used in advanced treatment techniques to reduce the delivered dose to the cardiac tissue. The strength of the C-RAD solution is the high level of integration in the clinical workflow. "
