The schedule for the change from NASDAQOMX First North Premier to NASDAQOMX Small Cap has been revised. First quotation is scheduled for March 2014.
Tim Thurn, CEO, C-RAD AB:
“The stock exchange required C-RAD to have the management team in force for at least two quarterly reports before a quotation at NASDAQOMX Small Cap is accepted. The change of key personal within the last fiscal quarter required us to reschedule this step. We are expecting a successful transition with the new time plan.”
