C-RAD AB with its three fully owned subsidiaries is all active in the field of
radiation therapy. The company attended and exhibited at the annual physicist
meeting AAPM in Los Angeles, USA, 26-29 July. The C-RAD program was recognized
and presented to clinicians from some of the most acknowledged centers in
radiation therapy. Negotiations and meetings were accomplished with all major
vendors in the industry.

The annual physicist meeting AAPM is one of the major events in radiation
therapy. This year's meeting was running 26 to 29 July in Anaheim outside of
Los Angeles, USA. For the first time the C-RAD Sentinel system was exhibited
both by Acceletronics/Radiation Oncology Systems, the C-RAD distributor in the
US and the radiation therapy company Elekta. The Sentinel system in the Elekta
booth was presented as part of an integrated solution with the treatment couch
called Hexapod Evo. The two systems were intensely visited and demonstrated for
clinicians and representatives of the major vendors. As a result a number of
new projects were identified as well as sites for clinical cooperation.

An event like AAPM is also offering an opportunity to meet representatives of
the industry. Meetings had in advance been planned with all the key players in
radiation therapy. Negotiations and discussions took place both for the
Sentinel and GEMini systems. A well established cooperation with the main
vendors is an important condition to successfully develop sales for the
Sentinel and GEMini systems.

Erik Hedlund, CEO, C-RAD AB:

"The AAPM meeting in Los Angeles 2009 was by far the most successful exhibition
of C-RAD AB. The combined presentation of Sentinel by the C-RAD representative
and Elekta made a difference. The Sentinel was continuously demonstrated during
the show. A number of new leads will be followed up.

Interesting is also to see great interest of the C-RAD technology shown by the
radiation therapy community. New business opportunities for both Sentinel and
GEMini were identified."
