C Technologies subsidiary Anoto agrees to form strategic alliance with A.T. Cross Company A.T. Cross Company (ASE-ATX), a leading manufacturer of quality writing instruments and innovator in the pen computing sphere, has signed a memo of understanding with Anoto to produce digital pens and services based on the Anoto concept. The goal is to finalize the terms of the alliance within one year. Cross' Pen Computing Group aims to combine innovative design and high quality with new technology. Cross and Anoto plan to jointly develop innovative new products and services based on the Anoto technology. Together, they are looking to provide a natural link between pen and paper and the digital world. "Cross has been developing innovative pen computing products for some time now.
