WeSpot signs agreement with Attendo - to make a safer world for our seniors WeSpot's applicable technology has already won attention on the market. Now another step is to be taken - into a new market segment. Attendo Senior Care AB will adopt the WeSpot technology and explore the opportunities of the NurseSensortm in their senior care product family. WeSpot is a subsidiary of C Technologies. - This NurseSensortm is the first of our planned applications within the senior care market, with the aim to give our older generation a better and more secure life, says Lars Holmqvist, CEO of WeSpot AB. - Atttendo, as one of the major suppliers in Europe, is a very important partner for us in the development of future products in this market, he continues. The NurseSensortm is a sensor for home environment, and the development has been based on WeSpot's technology together with the unique motion analysis software. The sensor is able to recognize movement patterns and on that basis detect hazardous situations. WeSpot's technology is an ASIC-based system with motion detection, processing and decision-making, all done in the detector it-self. Attendo Senior Care AB is a rapidly growing European supplier with a unique breadth to its range of products and services for the care of elderly and disabled. The Group is present in 10 countries in Europe through subsidiaries and through distributors in the rest of the world. Per-Olof Eurell, COO of Attendo Senior Care AB, believes that WeSpot's NurseSensortm technology will have significant impact on the elderly care business. - These new opportunities will give us new tools to fulfill our strategy to increase the security in the homes for our old generation, he says.
