Cabonline and iCabbi announce a new partnership for a booking & dispatch mobility platform across the Nordics
Cabonline Group, the leading taxi company in the Nordics, announces a new partnership for booking and dispatch mobility with iCabbi. Based in Ireland, iCabbi leads the global market in providing a fully cloud-based dispatch technology platform that enables taxi companies to automate, optimise and grow their operations.
The new booking and dispatch platform is a core part of Cabonline’s strategy and business plan, designed to enhance growth and improve service quality for transporters, drivers and customers, particularly through higher automation, utilisation and punctuality.
When the implementation is complete, Cabonline will have modernised its platform with a market-leading, efficient, user-friendly, and flexible solution, which will accelerate growth and facilitate future innovation. This flexibility will enable Cabonline to pursue its continuous improvement strategy, rolling out new offerings for all stakeholders.
The new solution enables intelligent, optimised dispatching and environmentally friendly operations, in line with Cabonline's focus on sustainability. Implementing this modern, SaaS-based platform also reduces complexity in the Group’s IT landscape, providing enhanced resilience, stability, and security.
- We are thrilled to announce this new partnership. By working with iCabbi, Cabonline will benefit from a market-leading solution, accelerating our growth journey and taking a big leap towards becoming Europe's leading and most sustainable mobility company, says Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen, President and CEO of Cabonline Group.
- iCabbi is delighted to be chosen as the technology partner of choice by the largest taxi operator in the Nordics, Cabonline, said iCabbi CEO, Gavan Walsh. We’re both ambitious companies, looking to push the boundaries of efficiency, innovation and scale for taxi and mobility services. I’m looking forward to delivering Cabonline’s digital transformation on the iCabbi platform and I’m confident the partnership will be mutually beneficial.
Cabonline aims to gradually implement the new SaaS-based booking and dispatch platform across the Group’s respective fleets and countries throughout 2023 and 2024.
