Cabonline defers certain interest payments due in January 2025
Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) will defer interest payments due in January 2025 under certain of its outstanding notes.
Reference is made to the secured sustainability-linked notes (i) with an outstanding amount of SEK 825 million with ISIN SE0017767346 (“Existing Notes”), and (ii) with an outstanding amount of SEK 400 million with ISIN SE0020849818 (“Elevated Notes”), issued by Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Cabonline”).
In accordance with clause 10.7 of the terms and conditions of the Existing Notes and clause 10.8 of the terms and conditions of the Elevated Notes, Cabonline elects not to make the interest payments due on 20 January 2025 under the Existing Notes but will make the interest payments due on 20 January 2025 under the Elevated Notes.
The determination was made on the basis that, as of 31 December 2024, such interest payments (calculated on a pro forma basis) would cause liquidity (as defined in the terms and conditions of the Existing Notes and the Elevated Notes) to fall below SEK 200 million.
