Cabonline gives notice that condition for early total redemption of its outstanding bond has not been satisfied
Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") confirms that the condition contained in the conditional notice of early redemption given on 6 November 2019 to all holders of the up to SEK 2,000,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes 2017/2020 with ISIN SE0009997075 issued by the Company (the "Notes") with a redemption date on 4 December 2019 has not been satisfied.

In the conditional notice of early redemption dated 6 November 2019 from the Company to the holders of the Notes (the "Conditional Notice of Early Redemption"), the Company notified the holders of the Notes that it would redeem its outstanding Notes, subject to the completion of the issuance of SEK-denominated senior secured floating rate notes and the entering into of a new super senior revolving credit facility, in each case on or prior to 25 November 2019, for the purpose of inter alia refinancing the Notes.
The Company hereby confirms that the Condition (as defined in the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption) has not been satisfied. Since the Condition has not been satisfied, the redemption as contemplated by the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption will not occur on 4 December 2019.
The Company has also, as stipulated by a separate press release on the date hereof, issued a new conditional call notice for the Company's Notes. The conditions of the call notice include the successful completion of the contemplated issue of new senior secured notes and the entering into of a new super senior revolving credit facility.
