Cabonline gives notice that the condition for early total redemption of its outstanding bond 2019/2022 has been satisfied

Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") confirms that the condition contained in the conditional notice of early redemption given on 24 March 2022 to all holders of the up to SEK 2,200,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes 2019/2022 with ISIN SE0013409398 issued by the Company (the "Notes") with a redemption date on 28 April 2022 has been satisfied.

In the conditional notice of early redemption dated 24 March 2022 from the Company to the holders of the Notes (the "Conditional Notice of Early Redemption"), the Company notified the holders of the Notes that it would redeem its outstanding Notes, subject to the completion of the issuance of SEK-denominated senior secured floating rate notes and the entering into of a new super senior revolving credit facility, in each case prior to 21 April 2022 (the "Record Date"), for the purpose of inter alia refinancing the Notes.

The Company hereby confirms that the Condition (as defined in the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption) has been satisfied. Since the Condition has been satisfied, the redemption as contemplated by the Conditional Notice of Early Redemption will occur on 28 April 2022.

19 April 2022 was the last day for trading of the Notes in order for the trade to be registered in the debt register on the Record Date.
