Cabonline Group appoints an acting CEO

The Cabonline Group Holding Board has appointed Charlotta Söderlund, currently the company's Chief Operating Officer, as acting President and CEO. Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen is thereby leaving the company.

- I want to thank Dag for his significant contribution to Cabonline over the past six years, especially his leadership during the challenging period of COVID-19. As Cabonline enters a new phase, the owners and the Board agree that it is time for new leadership," says Peter Viinapuu, Chairman of the Board of Cabonline Group.

- I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to take on the role of acting CEO for Cabonline Group, says Charlotta Söderlund. I look forward to continuing to work closely with our fantastic team to drive Cabonline forward and strengthen our position in the Nordic market. With my colleagues, we will focus on delivering relevance to our customers, passengers, transporters and drivers and continue developing our business.

Charlotta Söderlund was recruited to Cabonline Group in 2017. She will continue to hold her previous role and allocate responsibilities and tasks within the company's operational aspects.
