Cabonline Group Holding convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting
Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) ("the Company") today announces that shareholders in the Company will be summoned to an Extraordinary General Meeting on Saturday 26 September following a proposal from the main owner. The background to the Extraordinary General Meeting is the election of Board members and the Chairman of the Board until the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
Jon Risfelt, currently Chair of the Board, and the Board members Carl Harring and Andreas Rosenlew have informed the main shareholder H.I.G Capital that they are making their seats available.
John Harper has replaced Carl Harring as head of H.I.G.'s London operations from June 2020, which includes the responsibility for a number of portfolio companies, including Cabonline. A natural consequence of this is that John replaces Carl and joins the work of the board. John Harper is proposed as a new board member.
The proposal entails, that the board consists of James Mitchell (new chair, previous board member since 2015), Anna Söderblom (board member since 2018) and John Harper (newly elected board member). Jon Risfelt remains as advisor to the board. The Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 10:00 in the company's premises at Kungsgatan 44 in Stockholm.
