Cabonline releases Business Update

Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") releases a Business Update including full-year 2021 forecast and travel volume performance, as communicated in the press release as of Tuesday 21 September 2021.

The Company has seen a continuation of positive development in recent months with increased demand in all customer segments.

“Due to the increased demand, we have a positive view of the development ahead given that the opening of society continues”, says Dag Kibsgaard-Petersen, President and CEO of Cabonline Group.

 

Note: Rolling 4-week average includes Sweden (except for region Mid and Taxi Väst) and Norway

The Company expects Adjusted EBITDA for the full year 2021 of approximately MSEK 310.

In the interim report April-June 2021, the Company announced that the principal owner H.I.G, the Board of Directors and the management have initiated a strategic review of the Company's future, financing and development and has also engaged external advisors to support in this process. The strategic review is progressing according to plan.
