Flygtaxi in partnership with SJ Norge

On June 8, SJ began to operate seven railway routes in Norway. Today it is official that Flygtaxi Norge, as a sole supplier, has signed an agreement with SJ Norge regarding transport of personnel to and from stations along the routes.

With an immediate start the agreement runs over two years with an option to be extended further. The agreement facilitates booking, taxi rides and reporting of taxi trips for the train staff. Bookings are made through the Flygtaxi app and business trips are reported directly to the staff’s employer.

- We want to make business travel as easy and smooth as possible for companies and employees, and are happy with the confidence and the opportunity to expand our offer to the Norwegian market given to us via the agreement with SJ Norge, says Peter Viinapuu, CEO of Cabonline Group.

The agreement also covers taxi trips during interruptions in the railroad traffic, for example due to maintenance and unforeseen incidents. Flygtaxi will facilitate these services in close cooperation with the bus company Nobina.

- The collaboration with Flygtaxi means that we simplify the daily lives of our train staff while at the same time keeping a high level of service to our passengers even during special events, says Sverre Høven, CEO SJ Norge.

Flygtaxi Sverige AB was founded in 1988 and facilitates travel to and from Nordic airports and train stations for more than 10,000 companies. Flygtaxi and Flygtaxi Norge are part of the Cabonline Group.
