Invitation to analyst presentation Q1 Report 2020
Following the announcement of Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") interim report for January - March 2020, the company invites analysts to a video conference on Friday, May 29, 2020, at. 14 pm.
Cabonline CEO Peter Viinapuu will present the Company’s interim report for the period January - March 2020. Following the presentation, the CEO and the CFO Anneli Lindblom are available for questions. The interim report will be published on Friday, May 29, 2020.
Further, it is noted that Pareto Security AS will continue to co-ordinate and support the Company in respect of its senior secured floating rate notes with ISIN SE0013409398 (the “Notes”) and the initiated dialogue with noteholders to find an agreeable solution to its covid-19 related concerns. The previous level of engagement from the Company’s advisors have thus been adjusted whereas queries in relation to the Notes shall be channelled via Pareto and/or the management.
