Ixat Intressenter AB (publ) changes name to Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ)

In accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in Ixat Intressenter AB (publ) resolved to change the Company’s registered name from Ixat Intressenter AB (publ) to Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ).

An application for changes has been sent to the Swedish Companies Registration Office for registration.

The name change is made in order to clarify the company’s connection to the group’s operational activities, which is conducted under the name Cabonline Group.

The company’s business will not be affected by the name change. The company will however adopt Cabonline’s graphic profile and logotype.
