Ixat Intressenter AB (publ) Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

The shareholders of Ixat Intressenter AB (publ), corporate registration number 559002-7156, are hereby given notice to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held at 17.00 pm on November 15, 2017 at Cabonline Group’s offices, Kungsgatan 44, Stockholm.

Notice of participation

Shareholders who wish to attend must be registered as a shareholder in the share register at the date of the general meeting.

A shareholder who is not personally present may exercise his/her rights at the general meeting by proxy through a written, and by the shareholder signed and dated, power of attorney.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the meeting shall file written notice to the Company’s Chief Legal Officer Fredrik Winroth per e-mail fredrik.winroth@cabonline.com. The notice should contain name, address, phone number and number of held shares. Representatives are requestd to send copies of their power of attorneys per email before the meeting.

Proposed agenda for the general meeting:   

1.                            Election of chairman and keeper of the minutes
2.                            Preparation and approval of the voting list
3.                            Approval of the agenda
4.                            Determination whether the general meeting has been properly convened
5.                            Election of a person approving the minutes
6.                            Resolution which affects the articles of association regarding a change of the company name.
7.                            Closing of the general meeting

The group’s business is currently conducted through the name Cabonline Group. In order to create clarity regarding the group’s identity the board proposes a name change from “Ixat Intressenter AB (publ)” to “Cabonline Group Holding AB (publ)”
