Nomination Committee prior to Cabonline´s AGM 2020

Carboline’s AGM 2019 adopted an instruction for the nomination committee to apply until the AGM decides otherwise. The nomination committee for the AGM 2020 has been constituted and consists of Carl Harring as representative of H.I.G Capital LLP, Ole Oftedal, Anders Karlsson and Jon Risfelt as Chairman of the board. Carl Harring has been appointed chairman of the nomination committee.

The nomination committee shall prepare proposals prior to the AGM 2020 for the Chairman of the meeting, the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board, the election of the auditor/audit firm and remuneration to the AGM and, to the extent that it is considered necessary, proposals for amended instructions for the nomination committee.
