The New Board of Cabonline Group appoints acting CEO

The Board of Cabonline Group has appointed Anneli Lindblom, current CFO, as acting CEO as of today. Consequently, Peter Viinapuu is leaving his post.

- I want to thank Peter for his efforts during the last three years. Based on the situation we are entering a new phase and the owners and the board agree to do so under a new leadership, says James Mitchell, Chairman of the Board of Cabonline Group.

- It has been a fantastic assignment to lead Cabonline during these years, says outgoing CEO Peter Viinapuu. I am proud of what we have achieved, and I am convinced that Cabonline has an opportunity to grow and confirm its Nordic position. Anneli Lindblom has solid experience of service companies and will shoulder the task in the best way. I wish her and Cabonline best of luck in the future. Anneli Lindblom was recruited to Cabonline Group as CFO in February 2020. She most recently came from a role as Deputy CEO of the consulting company Acando and has previously held CFO roles at Proffice and Cybercom.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Cabonline Group Holding AB on September 26 elected James Mitchell as new Chairman of the Board (Board Member since 2015), Anna Söderblom (Board Member since 2018) and John Harper as new Board Member. Former Chairman of the Board Jon Risfelt remains as senior advisor to the Board.
