California B&Bs and Boutique Inns Offer Military Specials in Honor of Veteran’s Day

SACRAMENTO, CA [October 19, 2015] -- In honor of the men and women who serve in the U.S. military, several members of the California Association of Boutique & Breakfast Inns (CABBI) are offering military specials in conjunction with Veterans’ Day (November 11, 2015). Some of the specials are also available through the month of November or year-round.

On Veteran’s Day, veterans and active military personnel can enjoy a free night’s stay at the Lavender Inn in Ojai.  The free night stay is valid November 11, 2015 only.  In addition, the inn offers free, three-day retreats for female soldiers who have been victims of PTSD and military sexual trauma. As a salute to service members, the Aurora Hotel and Spa on Catalina Island is offering a special discount for a two-night stay over the Veteran’s Day holiday. Active duty and retired military who book a stay at the hotel on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, will receive 50% off the second night. Guests must present documentation at check-in. This special offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Also on Catalina Island, the Hotel Catalina & Courtyard Garden Suites offers year-round military discounts on lodging, restaurants and tours.
