Calligo announces a delay in the publication of its financial statements for the financial year 2025

Calligo has today announced that it has delayed publishing the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the financial year 2025 for Calligo Holdings Limited and Calligo (U.K.) Limited. Work to finalise the financial statements is ongoing, and they will be published as soon as is practicable.
