Calligo Holdings Limited and Calligo (U.K.) Limited note that the publication of their audited consolidated annual financial statements, which were due to be released today, has been delayed. The Company expects to publish the audited financial statements as soon as practicable and will make a further announcement once a revised publication date has been confirmed.
