Camanio Care flags for public disclosure of major changes in holdings

According to the regulations Camanio Care hereby wishes to inform the market that two shareholders’ holdings has now exceeded the limit of 25%.

Camanio Care hereby notifies, that as of the last rights issue made public on May 21st, Brighter AB now holds 14 500 000 shares which corresponds to 29,7% of the capital and votes and that Recall Capital Nordic holds 13 582 273 shares which corresponds to 27,8% of the votes and capital in the company. 

The rights issue has now been formally registered at the Swedish Companies registration office.
