Capacent is on the marketing move.

Launching a more client-oriented communications strategy and a new visual identity.

Capacent, the Nordic management consultancy, has had considerable growth during in recent years. Today the company has more than one-hundred consultants in Sweden and Finland and is also active in China and Russia. The ambition is to keep up the aggressive growth rate, both organically and by acquisitions. It was only last fall that UnitedLog Consulting was successfully incorporated. New market communication is another prioritized tool for creating new business and more satisfied clients.

The positioning is based upon Capacent’s business concept ”Management consulting – the Nordic way”. For obvious reasons, it is rooted in the company’s Nordic heritage and world view, but it also emphasizes a certain way of cooperating with clients. Capacent is striving for open-minded and consensus-building relationships, to create custom-tailored and actionable solutions. “Every assignment is unique to some extent, that’s why standard solutions are not good enough. We need to be an integral part of our clients’ work, as they always will be of ours. And we never quit until the job is done. That’s what our Nordic way is all about”, according to Hendrik Trepp.

The new Capacent will be rolled out step by step, with the launch of the Swedish web-site as the first example (check capacent.se). In a couple of months the re-design is fully implemented in every market, in every local language.
Hendrik Trepp again: ”We’ll run some campaigns and events during the fall, to make sure that everyone is aware of the repositioned Capacent”.
