Capio announce change in the Board of Directors

Arnaud Bosquet representing Apax Partners has decided to resign as Director of the Board of Capio AB with immediate effect.

On February 24, 2017 Apax Partners sold their total remaining shareholding in Capio AB representing 15,176,793 shares and 10.75 percent of the votes. Consecutively, Arnaud Bosquet representing Apax Partners resigns from the Board of Directors for Capio AB.

Capio AB hold its Annual General Meeting May 3, 2017 in Gothenburg.
