Capio confirm acquisition of two Teres clinics in Norway

The acquisition of Teres Stokkan and Teres Tromso in Norway, communicated August 24, 2015 has now been approved by the Norwegian competition authority. Capio expect closing of the transaction during the fourth quarter 2015.
